How do I make a booking?

  • Call 0161 950 2823 to book your hire.
  • A small deposit will secure your booking, the balance is due two weeks prior to your hire, or full payment on booking if the hire is under two weeks away.
  • We accept all major credit and debit cards.
  • A refundable deposit and two forms of ID will be required when collecting the equipment or before the equipment is delivered to the venue.
  • All hires are +VAT and subject to contract

Is the equipment clean and in good condition?

YES, all the hire equipment is very clean and in excellent condition. Mixers, Amp, Decks etc. are supplied in pro flightcases and the Speakers, Lights, etc. are in padded carrying cases. After each hire all equipment and leads are carefully checked over all ready for the next hire.

Do we collect the equipment from you or do you deliver it?

Any. You can collect the equipment from us or we can deliver, set-up and collect the equipment but there is a charge on top of the hire.

Will the equipment fit in my car?

The standard package fits into a Fiesta or Clio size car with the seats down… no problem.

Do I need training to use the equipment?

Just a few pointers is usually adequate, you will be shown how to set-up and use the equipment when you collect it or when it’s delivered.

Will my iPod or Laptop plug into the equipment?

Yes no problem. We’ll provide the lead to connect your iPod or Laptop to the mixer.

Is the equipment PAT Tested?

YES, all the electronic hire equipment is PAT Tested. If you need a certificate for the venue, just ask a few days before it’s required.

Is the equipment covered by Public Liability Insurance?

If the hire is a ‘DRY HIRE’ whereby you collect, set-up and return the equipment, then NO. The Hirer undertakes full responsibility for Public Liability issues. If the hire is a ‘WET HIRE’ whereby our drivers deliver, set-up and collect the hire equipment, then YES. The hire is covered by our Public Liability Insurance. Certificate available upon request should your venue need a copy.

Is the equipment insured?

NO, The Hirer undertakes full responsibility for the security and safe keeping of the hire equipment, and accepts full responsibility for the loss or damage of the equipment. Insurance is available from various on-line companies.
